A task that can’t be quietly ignored

A co-task is not an email and not a todo. It’s both, welded:

  • Reply needed means an answer is owed — and everyone can see it’s owed.
  • It carries its whole history, back to the first request.
  • Too big? Split it into parts you can actually do.
  • Not now? Snooze it — it returns on the day you chose.
  • Answering is completing: say it’s done and it’s off your plate.
